ALBUMS

We are proud to be able to offer the very best in Handmade luxury leather albums, our beautiful albums made by Folio Albums are just stunning!

This amazing album company was originally set up by a fellow photographer (and now very good friend) so they really understand the needs of a wedding album.

Our previous backgrounds in print made us instantly fall in love with the beautiful fine art paper Folio Albums are printed on, housed in the most stunning leather covers. We love this company's eco ethos and family handmade environment.

We also offer parent albums and bespoke framed prints, all designed around you.

THE FINE ART ALBUMS

Our Folio fine art albums come in two sizes 10x10 or 12x12 with the option that you can get a duplicate 6x6 parent album when you order the larger album.

THE MATTED ALBUMS

These beautiful thick and chunky albums with pearlised printed images mounted in thick white card housed in beautiful leather bespoke to us. Makes you one of an elite collection of couples to own them.

WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

We live in the UK, but we are lucky we shoot weddings all over the world.

WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO REACH YOU?

Most of our couples have their questions answered over a Skype video call or email.
As we shoot a lot, there are times we are not able to meet up with our clients, but we aim to make sure we have a relationship with them before the day.

DO WE HAVE TO PAY FOR YOUR EXPENSES?

Our destination expenses will include flight, transfer and accommodation.

For weddings in the UK most expenses are covered in our package price, although accommodation might need to be covered for the night before your wedding depending on the start time of your wedding day.

ARE YOU INSURED?

We have professional indemnity insurance along with public liability insurance.

We also have a back up camera each, and all of our cameras have two card slots so we are always shooting onto two cards.

We also back up while you are eating and before we leave your venue so your images are already in three different places. Before we go to bed they are in 5 different places just in case, (it's the OCD again!)

HOW MANY PICTURES WILL YOU TAKE?

Usually between 2,000 4,000 depending on the size of the wedding.

From that Zoe whittles it down to the amount of images you have paid for us to edit (which is really hard!).

HOW MUCH TIME DO WE NEED TO ALLOW FOR PHOTOGRAPHY ON THE DAY?

In order to get the kind of images that you see on our website, you do need to allow plenty of time.

We'd recommend that you allow at least a minimum of 2 hours between us arriving at the reception venue and sitting down to eat;
this way there is plenty of time for you to chat to your guests as well as have photos taken.

HOW LONG DO WE HAVE TO WAIT TO SEE OUR WEDDING PHOTOS?

Your images will be ready normally around 8-12 weeks after the wedding and your images will automatically go into an online gallery for friends and family to view.

No image leaves our office without it being perfect - that does mean you may have to wait a little longer to see your photos, but we promise it's always worth the wait!

DO YOU DO FORMAL GROUP PHOTOS?

Yes. Every Granny likes a family picture and they are important, but we do have a limit .

We do a maximum of 6 in order for you to get a balance of your day and for us to get the balance of natural documentary style images you see on our website.

DO WE NEED TO FEED YOU?

Yes please, and we'd love a (soft) drink too!

We will be around from the preparations through to the first dance, so we do need food and water! Ideally we'll have the same meal as your guests, or an equivalent hot cooked meal. We usually use this time to back up images, so were more than happy to sit in the bar or lounge, so please don't sit us at a table.

(Just so you know Zoe's a veggie and Dom eats ANYTHING except beetroot?!)
